The Central Ministry of The Federation (CMin) is the executive body of the Democratic Federation of Exturbon.
It one of the three main pillars of the Democratic Federation of Exturbon, the other two being the Central Judiciary and the Federal Military.
Composition[edit | edit source]
The CMin is headed by 5 Federation Ministers from each of the 12 member states of The Federation.
Appointment[edit | edit source]
Federation Ministers have a 5 year term length and no term limit.
The election process is as follows:
- Candidates register with the CMin's Election Board and their state's federal elections board if applicable.
- In almost all states, parties are limited to registering at maximum 5 candidates.
- Candidates are then approved by the CMin Election Board to appear on their state's ballot via either one of the following:
- Direct Approval by the State Head.
- More than 10% approval by the State Parliament.
- More than 5% proven public support within the state via registered petition.
- Citizens choose 5 candidates from their state's ballot via Ranked Choice Voting.

Powers[edit | edit source]
As the executive governing body of the federation, the CMin is responsible for drafting and implementing federal law that is proposed and passed by the people. In practice, the CMin also serves as an upper house that approves of proposals by the people.
The CMin enforces Federal Law through Federal Ministries.
Distribution of Powers[edit | edit source]
While CMin itself is the sole executive entity that represents the Federation's interests, the 60 Federation Ministers have an equal say over the workings of CMin. Therefore, any action taken by the CMin must be passed by a majority vote between the Federation Minsters.
Ministerial Committees[edit | edit source]
The CMin oversees and has executive control over the operations of Ministerial Committees. Each committee aids the CMin regarding specific issues.
The chairperson of each committee is appointed by majority agreement within the CMin. While there is no term length for committee chairpersons, and the CMin has the right to re-allocate a chairperson at any time the CMin is in session, often the CMin will decide whether or not to re-appoint a new chairperson after every CMin term.
The official duty for most committees are to serve as independant consultative bodies for the CMin. However, some committees have been granted regulatory powers subject to the oversight of CMin.
